Payment is required at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments.
Full fee will be charged for missed appointments, except in the case of illness.
Confidentiality
To protect client and therapist, confidentiality laws protect information shared in sessions. Confidentiality is a requirement of Tennessee State Law, HIPPA privacy policy, and the ACA Code of Ethics. The only legal and ethical exceptions are:
- Suspected past or present abuse or neglect of children, adults, and elders, must be reported to the authorities, including Child Protection and law enforcement, based on information provided by the client or collateral sources.
- If the therapist has reason to suspect the client is seriously in danger of harming him/herself or has threatened to harm another.
