What a surprise to find I do not need to photograph in Timbuktu or paint wildly on enormous canvases to find the subtle bliss of the creative zone! Recent meanderings in my journal have taken me to new places that my Masters in Fine Art could not afford me. Most importantly, in my current journal adventures, the fear of the blank page has been obliterated. I can set my expectations of “HIGH ART” aside. Therefore, I can look forward to playing within the journal pages! What a relief to find both a creative and play outlet in one!

Hi Doug, It’s exciting to find a new source for information. We can use all the help we can get!
I am a psychotherapist and find it useful to gather tips for myself and clients. Thanks for all of the work you’ve done with this topic.
